Tadalafil relaxes the blood vessel muscles and increases blood flow to certain areas of the body.
Tadalafil Snafi is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign hypertrophy (enlarged prostate). Another brand of Talafil is Adcirca, which is used to treat pulmonary hypertension and improve the exercise capacity of men and women.
Use full information
Do not take tadalafil if you are using a nitrate drug for breast pain or heart problems, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate and certain recreational drugs, such as “poppers”. Taking tadalafil with nitrate medicines can cause a sudden and severe drop in blood pressure.
Some medicines can cause unwanted or dangerous effects when used with tadalafil. Tell your doctor about all your medicines, especially riociguat (Adempas).
Contact your doctor or ask for emergency medical care if your erection is painful or lasts more than 4 hours. Prolonged erection (priapism) can damage the penis.
Get medical help at the same time if you have nausea, chest pain or dizziness during sex.
Stop using tadalafil and get emergency medical care if you suddenly lose vision.
Before taking this medicine.
You should not take tadalafil if you are allergic.
Taking tadalafil with some medicines can cause a sudden and severe drop in blood pressure. Do not take this medicine if you also use:
- riociguat (to treat pulmonary hypertension); or
- nitrate drug (for breast pain or heart problems) such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate or recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite “poppers”.
Some snafi tablet may be in your blood after each dose of 2 or more days (longer if you have liver or kidney disease). Avoid the use of nitrates this time.
To make sure this medicine is safe, tell your doctor if you have ever had:
- heart disease or heart rhythm problems;
- heart attack or heart attack;
- angina (breast pain), low or high blood pressure;
- pulmonary hypertension (unless you are taking tadalafil for this purpose);
- a condition called pulmonary veno-occlusive disease (tightening veins that carry blood from the lungs to the heart);

Sudden vision loss has occurred in many people taking medicines such as snafi tablet (Viagra or others). Most of these people have already had some eye problems or risk factors for blood vessel disorders (heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, smoking or being over 50). It is unclear whether the drug was a real cause of vision loss. Sudden hearing loss also occurred with snafi tablet. Stop tadalafil and call your doctor immediately for hearing loss, hearing loss, or ringing in the ears.
snafi tablet is not expected to harm the baby at birth. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

How should I take Snafi?

What happens if I miss a dose?
If snafi tablet is used as needed, you are not likely to be on a dosing schedule.
If you take snafi tablet every day and you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

What should I avoid while taking tadalafil?
Drinking alcohol with this snafi tablet medicine can cause a drop in blood pressure, leading to dizziness or fainting.
Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with snafi price in pakistan and lead to unwanted side effects. Avoid the use of grapefruit products while taking this medicine.
Tadalafil side effects
Get emergency medical care if you have signs of an allergic reaction to tadalafil: hives; breathing difficulties; swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat.

Stop using tadalafil and call your doctor immediately if you have:

- nausea, stomach upset;
- heavy nose; or
- muscle pain, back pain, pain in the arms or legs.
What other drugs will affect tadalafil?
Tell your doctor about all your medicines and any products you start or stop using:
- medicines to treat dysfunction or pulmonary hypertension;
- antibiotic or antifungal;
- antiviral medicines to treat hepatitis C or HIV / AIDS;
- drugs to treat high blood pressure or a prostate disorder; or
- seizure medicine.
