Dapoxetine, a new antidepressant, has been found to be safe and effective for the treatment of premature ejaculation, according to two important clinical trials. Ever long tablet is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI).
It is not unusual for ISRS to be used out of the label for premature ejaculation.
Experts doubt that the FDA will soon approve ISIS causes undesirable side effects after long-term use, such as psychiatric problems, dermatological reactions, increased body weight, decreased sexual desire, nausea, headache, discomfort stomach, and weakness.
Dr. Jon Pryor, a senior investigator at the University of Minnesota, said that ever long tablet in Pakistan prolonged ejaculation time and also gave patients more control over ejaculation.
The research team examined the results of two trials, which amounted to 2,614 men. All men had premature ejaculation moderate to severe – on average, men were ejaculating in a minute of penetration. Half of them were randomly selected to receive Dapoxetine while the other half received a placebo. Both groups had to take the medications 1 to 3 hours before the sexual intercourse.
After three months, men who took a dose of 30 milligrams of dapoxetine took an average of 2.78 minutes to ejaculate after penetration, those who received a dose of 60 milligrams took 3.32 minutes. The placebo group had an average of 1.75 minutes (after three months).
Everlong tablet was rejected by the FDA last year.
What is the premature ejaculation?
In secular terms, it means “come too fast” (for a man). The man ejaculates rather than he or his partner. It is common for this to happen occasionally. It looks like a problem for many men and some of their partners if this happens regularly. It is the most frequent male sexual dysfunction, which is estimated to affect about 20% of men in the US from 18 to 59 years.
It is thought that the problem is psychological. However, it can also be biological.
Early ejaculation has two classifications:
Premature Ejaculation Primary
The man has experienced premature ejaculation during a sexually active life.
Premature ejaculation secondary
The condition was developed after the man used to have satisfactory sex without ejaculatory problems.

Precocious ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates rather during sexual intercourse than he or his partner. Precocious ejaculation is a common sexual complaint. Estimates vary, but up to 1 in 3 men say they experience this problem at some point.
Whenever it happens infrequently, it is no cause for concern. However, it can be diagnosed with premature ejaculation if:
- Always or almost always ejaculating within a minute of penetration
- They can not delay ejaculation during intercourse all or almost all of the time
- Feeling afflicted and frustrated, and tends to avoid sexual intimacy as a result
Psychological and biological factors can play a role in precocious ejaculation. Although many men feel embarrassed about this, premature ejaculation is a frequent and treatable condition. Medications, counseling, and sexual techniques that delay ejaculation – or a combination of these – can help improve sex for you and your partner.
Symptoms
The main symptom of premature ejaculation is the inability to slow ejaculation for more than one minute after penetration. Everlong tablet timing. However, the problem can occur in all sexual situations, even during masturbation.
Precocious ejaculation can be classified as:
- Throughout life (primary). Precocious ejaculation throughout life occurs almost or almost all of the time beginning with the first sexual encounters.
- Acquired (secondary). Acquired early ejaculation develops after having had previous sexual experiences without ejaculatory problems.
Many men believe they have symptoms of premature ejaculation, but the symptoms do not meet the diagnostic criteria for premature ejaculation. On the contrary, these men may have a natural variable precocious ejaculation, which includes periods of rapid ejaculation, as well as periods of normal ejaculation.
I’ll see a doctor
Talk to your doctor if you ejaculate rather than what you want during most sexual encounters. It’s common for men to be ashamed to talk about sexual health problems, but do not let this prevent you from talking to your doctor. Precocious ejaculation is a frequent and treated problem.
For some men, a conversation with a doctor can help reduce worries about premature ejaculation. For example, it could be reassuring to hear that occasional premature ejaculation is normal and that the average time from the onset of intercourse to ejaculation is about five minutes.
Cause
Late ejaculation can have a psychological or biological cause. It can also be superimposed between the two. It can be a life condition, where a man has always had difficulty reaching an orgasm, but more commonly late ejaculation occurs after a normal period of operation.
The physical causes of late ejaculation include:
- Side effects to medication: late ejaculation can be an adverse effect of antidepressants, especially selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), anti anxiety drugs, medication for blood pressure, analgesics and other medications .
- Alcohol or the use of certain recreational medications can have an impact.
- Nervous damage, including stroke, spinal cord injury, surgery, multiple sclerosis, and severe diabetes can lead to an abnormal ejaculatory function.
- Increasing the age can reduce the sensitivity of the penis to sexual stimulation.
An acquired case is usually determined as a psychological cause if it only happens in specific situations. For example, late ejaculation is more likely to have a psychological basis if a man can ejaculate normally when masturbating, but experiences a delay in sex with a partner.
Some psychological factors that may be subjected to delayed ejaculation include:
- History of the first life, including abuse, difficulties of pairing, neglect of parents, negative sexual education
- anger without expressing
- lack of will to enjoy pleasure
- Religious belief, maybe this sexual activity is a sin
- fear, for example, female semen or genitals, or in some way harm or contaminate a partner through ejaculation
- fear of pregnancy
- Loss of lost confidence or performance anxiety – for example, anxiety about body image that disrupts the process of sexual stimulation
Some types of masturbation behavior can play an important role in the development of late ejaculation.
A specialist in late ejaculation found a relationship between the disease and the following masturbatory patterns:
- Masturbating more often, usually more than three times a week.
- Have a style of masturbation that can not be compared to sexual relations, especially a form of high speed, high pressure or high intensity.
- If the partner’s hand, mouth or vagina can not easily duplicate the style learned.
- The sexual partner differs from the fantasy used during masturbation to reach an orgasm. You may also find helpful information at // https://everlongtablettiming.blogspot.com/2018/11/delayed-ejaculation-is-side-effect-of.html
