Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed immediately. Most of the time, we deliver any order within 24 To 48 hours. Quick Delivery in 24 Hours:

We also offer quick delivery to some cities in Pakistan on advance payment through Daewoo Bus Service or any other bus service which operates in your city. For this, you will have to make advance payment. Criteria is same. This is the quickest method. Please allow 24 hours for this delivery. It is best suitable method for any order. In this method, you will have to go and pick the parcel from desired bus station. Please email us at info weborderspk@gmail.com for more information.

• Our shipping is available all over Pakistan. (More than 200 cities)
• All orders will be treated on Cash On Delivery.
• The projected delivery time for all domestic orders are 4-5 business days. 
• Orders will be delivered through TCS Courier and cash will be collected at the time of delivery.
• When order will be shipped, we will update your order status with the tracking number. You can also contact us for your order status.
• Please allow 3-5 working days to get your order delivered to you in Pakistan. Delays from courier companies and some other reasons are beyond our control

Cities Of Pakistan with Cash On Delivery Service:

We always strive to do best for your ease. Currently we provide more than 90 cities of Pakistan with Cash On Delivery payment system. If in any case we're unable to give you this service (where COD is not applied), you will be requested through email for advance payment before dispatching your products. We will be happy to serve you best. We're now serving more than 200 cities of Pakistan. Some of the cities are mentioned below.

Special Note For Cash On Delivery:

Due to the company policy, we won't be able to entertain your order from Villages, Gaaoun, Tahseel, District, Chak etc... Only the main stations or cities will be entertained.

If in case, we find that your city cannot be processed with Cash on Delivery, we will notify you by email for advance payment. Most of the time, it doesn't happen but special cases are always there. The above mentioned list is not complete, it is just an example. We cover more than 200 cities of Pakistan to bring quality products for your baby.

Return Policy:

We offer a hassle free and trustworthy returns policy that is FREE of charge for all orders within Pakistan on all applicable items. No return for small baby accessories like bibs, nail clippers, lotion, powder, soap and related items. 

If you're not satisfied, you can return our product only when:

• Product is damaged
• Product is not used
• Product is in original condition with packing
• Product is expired
• No Cash Refund. You will be given a voucher of your remaining payment.

Please make sure that you notify us about any return because due to heavy flow of customers and operations, sometimes we forget to execute your requests. Please sign in to your account with our website and make a return in your user control panel. We will definitely respond you.

Order Shipments:

Sometimes, you may receive multiple shipments of your order. Most probably, you will be charged the COD on your first order. If in any case, you receive your order incomplete, you won't be charged additional shipping fees for the current order.
