Introduction:
Common cold (coryza), influenza and viral fever have many symptoms, one being catarrh or congestion of upper respiratory tract.
The upper respiratory tract consists of the nose, nasopharynx and larynx, and the lower respiratory tract consists of trachea bronchi and lungs. The lining membrane of the air passages has a thin film of mucous membrane, which is sensitive to cold, dust, irritating fumes and pathogens. The common cold infection very swiftly spreads causing catarrh, profuse watery nasal discharge during initial phase and thick yellow secretion in the second phase. The infection rate is high during autumn, winter or any other season due to chills and dampness. Secondary infection may cause, sinusitis, fever, headache, earache, tracheitis, bronchitis or

Dosage:
