Babies and babies up to 2 years old
Lay your child down and turn their head to one side.
Place the nozzle in a nostril and press the nozzle once.
Then repeat in the other nostril.
Children over 2 years and adults
Place the nozzle in one nostril and hold the bottle vertically.
Press the other nostril closed.
Press the nozzle once and spray deeply, at the same time.
Then repeat in the other nostril.
